The breakfast was a nice addition, with a buffet offering eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, biscuit & gravy. The hotel was clean and provided all the expected amenities. We felt safe and comfortable in this area, as it is located in a nice, safe part of town. Additionally, being next to a popular southern restaurant, Cracker Barrel, was convenient.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Tuscaloosa. First off, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure all of our room requests were met. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed, including a microwave and mini-fridge. The beds were comfortable, especially the queen beds, which was a nice surprise. The location was also fantastic, situated in a nice area with easy access to nearby attractions. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options, including sausage patties, eggs, and waffles. All in all, this hotel provided excellent value for the price.

The properly working AC was a relief during the summer heat. The breakfast, apart from the Starbucks coffee, was included and served with a variety of choices.

The best part of our stay was the staff, particularly Huey. He made our experience truly memorable by allowing us to check in early and even attending some of our daughter's games. His personal touch and exceptional service set this hotel apart from others.

We had a great Thanksgiving stay! Loved the complementary breakfast that included warm waffles and fresh muffins, and the free parking was a plus. the location was key, with easy access to local attractions. the staff was well trained and really went the extra mile to help us out.

The carpets in the room were a bit dirty and could use some cleaning. the bed sheets had some stains that could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Location was perfect - close to everything we wanted to see and do, but still quiet and relaxing. Additionally, the room amenities were top-notch with a mini-fridge, air conditioning, and in-room desk. The garden furniture outside was a lovely touch, and we appreciated the free local phone calls and high-speed Wi-Fi. All members of the staff were responsive and friendly too.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as thin walls and occasional noise from neighboring rooms, I found the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel to be satisfactory. The lobby smelled clean, and the rooms, although in need of updating, were fairly clean.

Good location near stores and easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and neat with new paint. Value for money with a nice breakfast. Check-in clerk was top-notch.
