the room was well-equipped with a desk, fridge, and various breakfast options. the hospitality staff at breakfast was efficient and friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience. the bed and pillows were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the convenience of retrieving a forgotten item from the room without any hassle.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our needs, as it was very close to all the attractions we wanted to see. The room was clean and modern, with a well-equipped bathroom. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff providing great customer service. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of fresh fruit, yoghurts, and hot dishes. We also appreciated the chilled water and coffee available in the lobby all day.

It was a bit inconvenient not to have real cups in the rooms, as some other similar hotels offer.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the convenient location. While the area might not be the best to walk in during the evening, it was very convenient for access to the TD Garden and the nearest metro station was just one block away. The service and staff were exceptional - the rooms were a bit small, but they were very clean and quite comfortable. The basic amenities were all there, and I particularly loved the modern walk-in shower in the room. As for breakfast, it was comprehensive and of good quality. There was a nice range of options and I especially liked that I could pick up a brown bag with some oatmeal, a muffin, and a breakfast bar from the reception.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the nearest metro station and only a short Uber ride away from Fenway. This allows you to easily explore Boston without dealing with the hassle of driving downtown. The service from the staff at this hotel was excellent. They were friendly and attentive, even going the extra mile to bring silverware to my room in just a matter of minutes. The rooms at this hotel are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a refrigerator and microwave. They are lovely, comfortable, and have good water pressure in the shower.

The hotel is luxurious with excellent features and decorations. The location is very good and safe. Breakfast is included and the coffee is excellent. The bar offers a good selection of options. The beds are comfortable. The hotel has modern amenities and ample computer stations for internet/printing.

The hotel had clean and modern rooms, which were very comfortable. the breakfast spread was decent and included in the price. the fast elevators meant you rarely had to wait long. Perfect for avoiding Boston's traffic, as it was just a short distance away. the rooms were a good size and had a mini fridge. the fitness area had free weights and provided water and towels. the staff at the desk were friendly.

The parking fee of $40 per night was quite high. the seating in the rooms was not ideal for two people, as the table was small and there was only one accent chair.

Great value for money - comfortable rooms, good breakfast, easy access to public transportation, and helpful staff.

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn in Boston for a weekend getaway. The hotel was spacious and clean, located conveniently on the highway with easy access to the subway. The breakfast provided was amazing, exceeding our expectations. The staff, especially the gentleman at the desk on June 17th, were extremely helpful and provided great tips for getting around the city. The hotel had modern amenities, including air-conditioning and a small gym. it was a great experience and I can't wait to stay there again for my next trip to Fenway.

This hotel is a great find! it is located in a safe and up and coming area with easy access to the train station. The staff, including one specific young woman, are incredibly friendly and helpful. Secondly, the rooms are spacious, clean, and have all you need including basic amenities such as a refrigerator. Finally, breakfast is included which is always a bonus when travelling.

No negative aspect. This hotel is a fabulous choice for a stay in the area.
