Food for breakfast could be improved with the addition of water filters for safer, cleaner water for refilling bottles and coffee machines.

This hotel in downtown Chicago was the perfect base for our city adventures. It was conveniently located near Soldier Field and provided easy access to all the downtown attractions we wanted to see. The value for money was excellent, with comfortable bedding and basic amenities like a gym and games in the lobby that kept both kids and adults entertained. The highlight was definitely the continental breakfast, which included bacon and was served by a friendly hostess from Bosnia who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The furniture in the rooms seemed a bit dated and could use some renovation. the cable reception was not reliable, with the signal cutting in and out.

This hotel has a perfect location! It's near everything we wanted to see in the area including downtown activities and shopping around Michigan Ave. The staff is awesome and the prices are well worth it. Our room was very comfortable, had a great view and even included a bathtub which was a huge bonus. Plus, breakfast included bacon which was delicious!

With its location near the city center, we were minutes away from the Art Institute, Hamilton Theater, and Union Station, all easily accessible on foot. Our room was also an exceptional part of our stay with a full kitchen, beautiful bathroom, and cozy bed. The staff was also on point, always polite and helpful, making our stay even more relaxing.

Some aspects of the breakfast area could be a little crowded at busy times, which was a minor inconvenience.
