The beauty of this hotel is breathtaking, from the stunning decor to the impeccable bathroom. the bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows and sheets were luxuriously smooth. the location of the hotel is superb, with key attractions just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the convenience of having excellent spa facilities and a reasonable-sized pool on site.

Our room was quite hot and the window wouldn't stay open, which made it uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the service at the bar was slow due to a lack of staff.

The dining options were excellent and the bar was a great place to unwind. The size of our room was impressive, along with the attention to detail and comfortable amenities. I particularly appreciated the smooth handling of our luggage and laundry between stays.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel, located right next to the central station and on Princes St, with breathtaking views over the old town. It was the perfect location for our extra special birthday weekend away. The staff were exceptional, with polite and professional service throughout our stay. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the breakfast offering was delicious.

Loved the beautifully decorated rooms and the attention to detail, especially the underfloor heating in the bathroom. the Nespresso machine and complimentary water in the room were great perks. the location was perfect, just a short stroll from the train station. the swimming pool was clean and refreshing, and we enjoyed the complimentary tea, water, and newspapers. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The spa experience was disappointing. My treatment appointment was changed twice and then ultimately cancelled without prior notice.
