I really loved this place because it's just a short walk to Bourbon Street, making it super easy to dive into the vibrant nightlife, and also close to the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas, which added a fun twist to our day explorations. the friendly bell staff definitely set the positive tone for our stay!

The staff truly stood out, providing excellent customer service and always greeting us with warm smiles. The hotel's location meant we could stroll to the vibrant French Quarter with ease.

While the ambiance was lively, the surrounding streets felt sketchy at times, especially during late hours. Our room's view was disappointing, overlooking a maintenance area instead of the bustling city.

The staff members I encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable.

Parking on the street was a significant issue, with limited options leading to a troublesome ticket situation.

the breakfast options were a complete joke—where were the fresh fruits? all light bulbs died during my stay, how does that even happen? and i nearly had a meltdown when no one offered me a complimentary upgrade as a 'valued' guest.

Take advantage of the variety in breakfast offerings—try making your own waffles! Be aware of minor maintenance issues in the room and report them promptly.

Located just a short walk from the vibrant French Quarter, it felt safe and secure, making our getaway enjoyable. Would gladly return!

During my stay, I appreciated the spaciousness of the king room, which included a coffee maker and microwave. I found the elevators to be efficient, always readily available. This made my early-morning ventures easy. I enjoyed the walk to a nearby area for an evening out, which allowed me to experience local culture. I liked that I had a nice place to rest after exploring, as it felt safe and secure throughout my visit.

We had a fantastic time exploring the vibrant French Quarter and loved being just a short stroll from everything, including the Aquarium of the Americas. The staff, especially Ms. Janice at breakfast, were warm and welcoming, instantly making us feel at home with our large family.

My kids wished the pool area was cleaner.

the room was alright. but the ac fan was really loud. the location was great. just a short walk to bustling streets and the breakfast was awesome, always different and fresh! loved the spaciousness of the room too.

Lovely location, just a hop away from Canal St Room was spacious and clean, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring! Plus, they went above and beyond when we arrived—such a delightful surprise!

However, I had an unfortunate encounter with black mold in the shower. Nothing says 'welcome' like discovering you're sharing your space with a mold colony!

Location was great for shopping & sightseeing. staff was super friendly and accommodating, even though breakfast could use a bit more variety.

Had a few maintenance issues like the clogged sink and towels for three were a little scarce.

Had a great time here on our girls' trip. The room had a nice suite feel with a desk and a big TV. Plus, the breakfast was awesome with those Belgian waffles, loved them.

It wasn't exactly a steal but well, it was acceptable for what we got.
