I always return for the holiday. Staff helped with late checkout, great! Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness studio, flat-screen TV. And I love the continental breakfast. This place suits me perfectly.

Big clean rooms, great breakfast with lots of choices. Excellent location, short walk to the all the action in the French Quarter. Peaceful building, attached to a small mall. Corner room with wall to wall windows, super comfortable bed, modern bathroom, desk, fridge and microwave.

Amazing nightlife on Bourbon Street nearby, free hot breakfast with signature waffles, well-equipped fitness center, conveniently located near Carondelet Street, which magically turns into Bourbon Street. Wow, such convenience!

I chose this hotel for attending a business symposium because it provides excellent facilities such as a 24-hour reception, breakfast room, exercise room, business center with free Wi-Fi, and meeting room. The valet parking and proximity to the French Quarter were convenient for both work and leisure.

The only service I missed for my work was the availability of a late check-out option. It would have been helpful for me to have some extra time in the room to freshen up before catching my late flight.

My friends and I had a blast staying in this hotel for our New Orleans trip! We hit up the Aquarium of the Americas, it was epic! Plus, the hotel is so close to all the downtown hotspots, we could walk everywhere! Super convenient for us.

The cleanliness of the hotel room was disappointing, especially the carpets. We noticed dirt on the carpet when we spilled water and the towel we used to clean it up came up black.
