We loved the convenient location of this 4-star hotel. It is situated right at the harbor, offering breathtaking views of the water. Plus, it is just a quick water taxi ride away from the town, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions. Additionally, the hotel is close to the beautiful beaches at Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sand without any hassle.

We had a wonderful time at this waterfront hotel. The location overlooking the harbor was breathtaking and made us feel like we were on vacation. The hotel's campus was spacious and provided a nice change from the crowded downtown area. The beachy area and marina outside were a great addition to the experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, attractions, and even fishing. The room was well proportioned and had comfortable beds. We loved sitting on the beautiful balcony and watching the amazing sunset over the water. The swimming pool areas were excellent and we enjoyed spending evenings on the front, sipping beer and taking in the scenic view. The free shuttle service into Charleston was a convenient perk that made exploring the city hassle-free.

The hotel could use some updates and restructuring in the management and housekeeping department. The room was not cleaned properly upon our arrival and it took some time to get it cleaned.

The location is convenient for exploring downtown and the nearby beaches. The staff were pleasant and even delivered an anniversary gift to our room. the accommodations were very nice and the staff did their best to solve any issues.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Many opportunities were missed by management, such as inconsistent service at the restaurants, separate food plates arriving at different times, and one order not arriving at all.

The location of Harborside couldn't have been more convenient for us. We enjoyed easy access to downtown and the nearby beaches. The beautiful pool was a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The friendly staff did their best to make our stay enjoyable, despite some of the hotel's shortcomings. Offering morning coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, and we appreciated the use of the bikes as well as the daily free ice cream.

We had an amazing time at this place! The view from the room was breathtaking as we could see the boat harbor. The service was amazing, they even delivered drinks to the room. We loved the shuttle service to the city center which was very convenient. Not to mention the comfortable beds and spacious room with ironing facilities.

The location was perfect for exploring the whole Charleston area, with easy access to the Ravenel bridge, and it was much quieter than hectic downtown. The view down by the harbour was amazing. The room was clean and well-kept, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had everything we needed and was spacious. The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel comfortable. The breakfast was great and convenient. The outdoor pool was beautiful, and the facility lived up to expectations.

I recently stayed at the Harborside in Charleston for a weekend getaway. The second floor room had a stunning view of the harbor and grounds from the balcony. The location was perfect for exploring Patriots Point and Fort Sumter, with a complimentary shuttle to the historic district of Charleston. The hotel also offered bikes for sightseeing. The Charleston Harbor Fish House, shared with the Beach Club property, served delicious meals with a fantastic view of the USS Yorktown. The beds were comfortable, staff friendly, and there was plenty of parking.
