The location is perfect, just a short walk away from downtown restaurants and shops. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a renovated bathroom. The hostess is very welcoming and accommodating, providing fresh cut flowers and even preparing a special meal for guests with dietary restrictions.

The wifi signal was weak and unreliable.

The bed at Charlevoix House was incredibly comfortable, giving us a restful night's sleep. The location of the B&B was ideal, within walking distance to everything we needed. The breakfast served every morning was absolutely delicious, fueling us up for the day ahead. The staff, particularly Amber, was friendly and provided valuable recommendations for local sights and restaurants.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our family reunion. We enjoyed staying in a suite on the third floor with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning. It was great that the hotel offered bottled water and the front porch was lovely for relaxing.

We weren't informed about the septic problem in advance and had to move to a less ideal location. It was also disappointing that individual toiletries weren't available in the shower.

Amazing front porch to hang out, beautiful harbor and park within walking distance, fabulous sunset views nearby. Helpful innkeeper with great suggestions. Comfortable bed and well-stocked kitchen with snacks. Homey atmosphere and close to downtown.
