Top floor apartment with covered balcony overlooking a busy slipway, great for watching boats. Clean and well-maintained two bed apartment. Short distance to 5th Ave and 3rd Ave with bars and restaurants. Close to Tin City for fish dishes. Short ride to the beach with beautiful sunset views. Friendly staff, free loan of bikes and beach gear, well-maintained pool and hot tub area, free parking. Lovely grounds and surroundings. Great for families. Will definitely return.

The rooms are spacious, with a nice balcony overlooking a park and enclosed with a bug net, perfect for relaxing after a meal. The staff provides good service and the basic amenities are well-maintained. Additionally, the breakfast offered is satisfying and enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a small resort overlooking a beautiful canal. The location was fantastic, close to 5th Avenue shops and tot tin city. The views from the rooms were even better than the pictures. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities, like the tiki bar and loaner bicycles, were fantastic. It was a perfect place for a family holiday.

I recently stayed at Charter Club Resort in Naples for a five-day vacation. The two bed apartment was well maintained and very clean, with comfortable beds. I enjoyed the nice balcony area and the location was perfect, close to restaurants, bars, and attractions like Tin City. The pool and bar offered panoramic views of the bay, and the staff, especially Marvin and George at the reception, were exceptionally nice and helpful. it was a perfect stay, and I would not hesitate to recommend this place.

The two bed apartment was well maintained and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the balcony area was a nice bonus. The hotel is conveniently located near 5th Ave and historical 3rd Ave, where we found a great selection of bars and restaurants. We also enjoyed exploring Tin City, which is situated by the water and offers quaint pubs and cafes specializing in fish dishes. The beach was just a short ride away, and we loved the stunning views of the sunsets from the pier. Additionally, the hotel has a fantastic pool and bar area with panoramic views of the bay.

The spacious kitchen and living room area was a plus, perfect for cooking and entertaining. the balcony provided a relaxing space to enjoy the views of the waterway and marina. Plus, the hotel offered beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels, making it convenient for beach trips.

The pool was on the smaller side and the water in the spa was too hot for the summer. Additionally, finding parking at the beach was a challenge and it was a paid service, which was inconvenient for international travelers.

The condo was well-stocked and the furniture was comfortable. the pool area had a nice view of the water. the staff was helpful.

There was a persistent ant problem in the kitchen and front bedroom. It was not resolved during our stay.
