The room was absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor and a cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the soft sheets made for a great night's sleep. I also loved the small touches, like the complimentary cookies, soft drinks, port, and sherry. It made me feel truly pampered. The wine tastings arranged at the property were fantastic, introducing me to some amazing local wines. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

As foreign tourists, we loved the warm welcome from Katie, who gave us a tour and introduced us to the afternoon wine and cheese. The inn's beautiful courtyards, patios, and fountain provided a delightful atmosphere. The Madeline Suite was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a balcony to enjoy. The staff was extremely accommodating and the breakfasts were delicious and creative. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily walk to downtown tasting rooms and restaurants. a lovely and highly recommended experience!

The thanksgiving weekend stay was a memorable one. the hotel offered free snacks and coffee that made our mornings brighter. the staff was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. the location was superb, as it was near the main downtown area and close to great dining. the turndown service was a sweet touch, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The noise level, as the walls were quite thin. We could hear our neighbors talking and moving around.

From offering suggestions for wineries to visit, to sharing the inn's intriguing history, Cyndi went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the homemade breakfasts prepared by Cyndi and her staff were absolutely delicious. I also loved the classic beauty of the recently renovated building, with its cozy fireplace and jacuzzi rooms adding an extra touch of luxury. I cannot wait to return to this warm and meticulously cared for inn, and I will definitely be recommending it to my friends.
