Perfect home away from home

Great spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen! Loved the yummy breakfast that changed daily, and Estela was such a sweetie, making you feel like family. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Just wish the trash bags were replaced more often, and no gym onsite, but they give you a voucher. Awesome vibes here!

Our suite was spacious and well-kept, with a comfortable sofa bed for our family. The breakfast selection was excellent and the staff kept everything stocked and clean. Despite minor issues with the bathroom light switches and noisy air conditioning, we had a pleasant stay. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

My stay was wonderful!! Myself, husband, and our two daughters just wanted a getaway from home and we were pleasantly surprised by Chase Suites. I’m so happy we had this property as an option because we will definitely be staying again! Breakfast was delicious and hot, with real eggs for their scrambled eggs. The room was fantastic, with updated features like granite countertops in the kitchen. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was exceptional, providing clean towels within minutes. The breakfast staff was friendly, polite, and professional. a great experience!

This hotel's location to LA area is ideal for business travelers, with great restaurants and shopping close by. The hotel is also in a great area, close to everything. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a pullout sofa and a king bed. The breakfast was different every day and there were delicious evening appetizers. The pool and hot tub were clean and beautiful, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

There were some issues with the housekeeping services during an extended stay.
