Excellent location. Minutes from the river and great restaurants. The breakfast was solid with options like scrambled eggs and turkey sausage. Wi-Fi worked well. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice courtyard view. staffing issues were apparent. One elevator made for long waits during busy periods. Limited parking caused inconvenience. The breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed and not particularly welcoming. Lack of luggage racks and inadequate housekeeping left much to be desired. A poorly maintained stairwell poses safety concerns. the welcoming staff and clear access to tornado shelter reassured us. Great potential exists here but execution fell short of expectations. Improvements are necessary to truly elevate the experience.

Beautiful building and great location near the riverfront, perfect for exploring. The staff was friendly and eager to help, although some were overwhelmed and unprofessional. Breakfast had potential but was poorly executed, and there were too many logistics issues, like limited seating and missing utensils. The rain shower was frustrating; a handheld would’ve made it better. Noise from adjacent rooms disrupted sleep, and the lengthy elevator waits added stress. Cleanliness could improve, as some corners felt neglected. For the price, I expected more, yet it offered a unique charm that leaves room for growth.

Chateau Saint Denis offers a fantastic location just a short stroll from Front Street and the river. The staff are exceptionally warm and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. some improvements are needed in room cleanliness and maintenance to fully match the charming atmosphere.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Super friendly staff, especially in the breakfast room. Rooms are nice with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The breakfast was awesome! Plus, there's a fitness centre for a good workout. Just blocks away from the Cane River and some tasty restaurants.

The spa services were amazing. I felt relaxed and rejuvenated after every treatment.

The walls were so thin I could hear everything from the next room, including some very personal moments at 7 AM—definitely not what I expected. It made for a very uncomfortable night.

The hotel is ideally situated just a short walk from downtown, making it super convenient to explore the charming shops and restaurants that Natchitoches has to offer, and I loved enjoying breakfast on the peaceful outside patio each morning, which added to the calm atmosphere of my stay, although the cleanliness could use some improvements.

The room was spacious but lacked thorough cleaning. Dust covered the headboard, and the bathroom toiletries were missing. Temperature control was problematic; the HVAC unit rattled loudly, disrupting sleep. Noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, with sounds of vomiting and a crying baby throughout the night. The TV was loud upon entry, and the remote didn’t work despite staff attempts to fix it. The balcony was a nice touch, and the location was convenient for exploring. the overall cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired, impacting relaxation during the stay.

We had a delightful time exploring the various musical genres at the regional music event. The selection from jazz to country kept the whole family entertained and dancing!

For dads, it would be great to have more children's activities onsite.
