This place was perfect for my vacation! It was right at the beach, which was so convenient and beautiful. The room had everything I needed and more, like a balcony and kitchenette. The staff was helpful, especially Angela, and the service was excellent. I appreciated the free DVD rentals in the lobby and the clean pools and fitness rooms. I had a fantastic experience here.

Great amenities for families, including a pool area and lots of activities for children. Well-appointed rooms with a kitchen and plenty of supplies. Loved being able to watch my kids play while relaxing in my room. The misting for the lawn chairs was a nice touch.

There were several issues during our stay. The parking situation was a hassle, with small and tight spaces in the garage across the street. Check-in and unloading took a long time and was confusing due to the unmarked location. The bed in our room was worn out and uncomfortable, with sagging and squeaking. The room itself was in need of an upgrade, with various maintenance problems like broken locks and malfunctioning TVs. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing, with dirty couches and rugs that needed attention.

The photos online don't do justice to the room size, which was much larger than we anticipated. the value for money and attention to detail at this hotel truly impressed us.

My fiancé and I had the most incredible stay at this family-oriented resort. We were there for a well-needed trip after my dad's recovery, and it was perfect. The staff was amazing, and the extra activities, like the bar service at the treetop lounge, were fantastic. The room was amazing, although we would have preferred more space in the living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The whole trip was just what we needed, and we're looking forward to our next visit!

Almost perfect, but there are other options in the area that are better.

During my stay at Avista Resort, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-appointed room. With two balconies, a kitchen, laundry facilities, and multiple beds, it comfortably accommodated my family. The balconies also offered stunning views of the beach and city. The pool area, although not large, featured a fun lazy river and a pool bar serving delicious drinks and quick, hot food delivery. The location of the resort was also perfect, with easy access to the beach.

One inconvenience I encountered was the lack of availability for the mobile key on my phone. As I had not set it up prior to checking in at the front desk, the option was no longer accessible. Additionally, the parking garage being across the street from the hotel proved to be a slight inconvenience. Although I noticed this setup at other resorts too, it would have been more convenient if it were directly connected to the hotel.

This hotel is really great for the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, right on the beach with easy access. One of the best things about this hotel is the breakfast - it's definitely worth the value!
