The spacious and comfortable rooms provided a perfect retreat after a busy day exploring. The hotel's location was ideal, with beautifully landscaped areas to relax and soak in the scenery. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious, and we received excellent service throughout our meals. The staff was accommodating and friendly, making us feel right at home. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway or a romantic couples' retreat. we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Chautauqua Harbor Hotel - Jamestown. The room was incredibly clean and the beds were so comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The indoor and outdoor pools were a highlight, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience. The spa was also a great addition, allowing for some much-needed relaxation. We even had a lovely view of the lake from our balcony, which added to the overall ambiance of the hotel.

Although there were a couple of drawbacks, such as the limited coffee stations being only on the first floor and some ambiguity about the outside bar's hours, these were minor inconveniences that did not greatly impact my overall experience.

The private banquet rooms were like a cozy hideaway, making me feel like I was attending a fancy, exclusive event. The attention to privacy and the thoughtfully designed space really made it stand out for me as a guest.

I recently stayed at the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel in Celoron for a weekend getaway. The newly-built hotel is absolutely beautiful, and our room had a stunning view of the lake. The bed and comforter were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early after a long drive. The hotel's location is perfect, being close to many businesses and activities. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating, which provided a spacious and relaxed atmosphere. The food at the restaurant was exceptional, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

However, the location of the hotel was great. It was conveniently located on Fairmount Avenue and near the island. The front desk staff, as mentioned on the pamphlet, were friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service throughout our stay. The room itself was comfortable, with a nice bed and a clean bathroom. the hotel had beautiful gas fire areas that were perfect for socializing.

Our room did not live up to our expectations as it did not have a balcony or a lake view.

Located by the island on the lake, this hotel offers a breathtaking waterfront view from the balcony. The rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff are friendly, helpful and provide excellent service. Guests can enjoy delicious food in the restaurant and relax by the fire pits. The hotel also offers great outdoor and indoor facilities to roam.

Housekeeping seems to need improvement in some rooms.

We had a great weekend at the hotel. the view of the water was fantastic, and we loved sitting by the outdoor gas fire areas in the evenings. the pool area was clean and well-maintained, and the kids had a blast swimming and using the hot tub. the staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a room with a balcony and lake view. They even provided us with extra garbage bags and towels when we needed them. the hotel offered a beautiful location, great amenities, and excellent customer service.

There were a few things we didn't like about our stay. there was no maid service during the weekdays, which was a bit inconvenient.

The only downside was the pool water, which was too cold to enjoy. Additionally, there were a lot of bugs, especially mosquitoes, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the outdoor areas.
