We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and stocked, with fantastic housekeeping. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, making our stay even better. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the city but away from the hustle and bustle. We loved the easy access to transportation, such as the Polk station on the Pink line, which takes you right downtown to the loop and all the major sites. Additionally, there are great facilities nearby, including a Starbucks, a boutique food court, and a Panera within quick walking distance.

We had a fantastic time at a hotel in Little Italy. The location is amazing, only a short distance from major sites and Ogilvie or Union Station. We were in town for a music festival and the hotel was the best choice. The room was fantastic, with a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. The staff was attentive and the breakfast was delicious. Moreover, the shuttle bus service was very convenient and the view from the window was stunning.

There was one minor issue with housekeeping, but it was eventually resolved.

The bathroom had a spacious counter that easily accommodated all our toiletries. The water pressure in the shower was strong and invigorating. We requested a quiet room and were given one with a peaceful view of the parking lot, ensuring a noise-free night's sleep. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with basic amenities. The hotel's shuttle service to the United Center was fantastic, making transportation hassle-free. The staff were polite, helpful, and attentive to our needs. We were very impressed and will definitely stay here again!
