As women traveling alone, we felt at ease and safe at this hotel. The staff, especially Arlene at check-in, were exceptional and made us feel welcome. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the workout room. The room had all the amenities we needed, including a refrigerator and microwave. The separate shower and tub were a great convenience. The front desk staff, particularly Tashi, were friendly and attentive, calling to ensure our comfort during our stay. The housekeeping staff were courteous and prompt in delivering requested items.

We stayed at this hotel in a bustling metropolitan area which was conveniently located near restaurants and roads. The location is hidden in an office park and was a perfect getaway spot. The room was spacious with a separate living area and bedroom that had a large screen TV, couch, work desk with a chair, sink, microwave. The bathroom was also large and had a separate shower. The gym was huge with plenty of cardio machines.

The air conditioning was not working properly in the room.
