Great Location and Comfortable Stay

The location of the hotel was fantastic, within walking distance to many attractions. the bed was large and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. However, the lack of privacy in the bathroom and the small room size could be improved for a more enjoyable stay.

The dining experience at Citizenm Capitol was a treat, with a sleek bar serving up flavorful bites. The nearby Atrium Cafe and CityBar offer tantalizing options for a night out. Plus, the local slang for dining here is on point!

Not a personal fan of the app-controlled lighting setup, but it did add a unique twist. Although close to the National Mall, finding local eateries and amenities requires a bit of a stroll.

our stay at citizenm capitol was simply fantastic! we loved how control of the room was at our fingertips with the ipad provided. the cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, and the modern design throughout the hotel, especially in the lobby, was impressive. the check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff, particularly evrim, made our stay extra special with great hospitality. also, the space-saving features and the comfortable bed were a big hit for us.

jengaging with the location was a breeze! right next to the national mall and a hop away from l'enfant plaza station. Whiz to all the dc spots easily. Irony: room size, smaller than a nut!

Bit of a bummer that the rooftop bar didn't allow guests outside, even though the rain had stopped, but hey, we didn't let that dampen our spirits! 🌟

loved the super clean room and how close everything was. you can practically walk to all the must-see spots. staff were so friendly and helpful, and they even surprised us for our anniversary. so cool! also, the tablet in the room let us control everything - even the mood lighting.

my stay at CitizenM Washington DC Capitol was enjoyable. The iPad controls were convenient, the shower was relaxing, and the rooftop bar was a hit with my family. Some minor hiccups with room amenities were quickly resolved by the friendly staff. A unique and comfortable Americana experience.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience. the staff were friendly and very helpful, making my stay incredibly comfortable. the location was central and close to many of the well-known monuments and museums, which was perfect for visiting Washington. the room was a little bit small, but it felt modern, new, and very comfortable. the decor was lovely, and the check-in and check-out system was efficient.

One thing that could be improved is the breakfast menu, which could have more extensive and included more comfort foods. the breakfast was a bit pricey.

Stayed here for a few nights and loved it! The room was smaller but perfect for our needs. The tech aspect with the iPad controls was really cool. The hotel has a modern design and the staff was friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Evrim who made the stay extra special. The location is superb and the transport connections are perfect for a tourist experience. Good vibes all around!

Upon arriving at CitizenM Washington DC Capitol, I was immediately impressed by the high-tech features in the room. The control panel for the lights, temperature, and blinds was not only convenient but also fun to use. The room was perfect for a solo traveler, with a comfortable bed, a functional desk, and a flat-screen TV. The efficient use of space and modern amenities made my stay very enjoyable.

While the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, I found that the service at the bar/restaurant could have been more welcoming. The staff seemed a bit busy and not as attentive as I would have liked.

The room was so cool! I loved being able to control the lights, blinds, and TV with the iPad. Also, the rainfall showerhead in the private bathroom was amazing.

I personally found the iPod dock a bit outdated.

Just stayed in a cozy hotel with a high-tech room tablet. Breakfast variety was amazing, staff was helpful. the stylish room was a bit smaller than expected, but I would DEFINITELY return!
