I recently stayed at City Suites in Chicago for a Cubs game with my son. The hotel had an old school charm with updated plumbing. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast provided was basic but satisfying. The location was fantastic, with the subway station right next to the hotel, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the honor snack and beverage refrigerator was a nice touch. a great experience!

The rooms are well-furnished and comfortable, and the soundproofing is top-notch, ensuring a peaceful stay. The breakfast area is communal, giving guests the option to socialize or enjoy a quiet coffee alone.

Best aspects of our romantic escape were the comfortable and well-appointed rooms. the beds were nice and very comfy with good pillows. We also appreciated the variety of snacks and drinks available in the room at reasonable prices. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to popular attractions.

Worst aspects of our stay were the lack of water pressure in the shower. It was barely enough to rinse off the soap, making it difficult to properly wash our hair.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect - right next to the metro station and within a stone's throw of everything we needed. We were able to explore the city easily, making us feel like locals. Secondly, the rooms were surprisingly spacious and comfortable, with two double beds providing ample space for our belongings. Lastly, the continental breakfast, served on real dishes, was a delightful touch, offering a variety of pastries that were good enough to start our day.

It's also located very close to Wrigley Field, making it an ideal location for those attending baseball games. Guests can take tours of the city and the lake is within walking distance. They even stored our luggage for us after checkout so we could explore the city before our train. The cozy and friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a minute away from the subway, making it convenient for everything I wanted to do. The price was also very reasonable, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping.
