We stayed at Cityflatshotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was beautifully designed and cozy, providing a comfortable and quiet atmosphere. However, on the top floor, we did experience some noise issues. At around 10:30pm, there was a sudden loud noise that startled us, and we were concerned that something had happened. We immediately called the front desk for assistance, but they were not very helpful and mentioned that maintenance would only be available the next day. The noise continued intermittently for almost an hour, until it finally stopped when we were about to pack up and leave. The next morning at 6:30am, it started again, disrupting our sleep once more. We mentioned the issue multiple times, and although they apologized and reduced our room rate, it didn't fully compensate for the lack of sleep and the initial worry we experienced. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay, appreciating the beautiful room and comfortable amenities. If we were to stay at Cityflatshotel again, we would simply request a room on a lower floor to avoid the noise disturbance. I would recommend this hotel for its lovely ambiance and pleasant stay.
