Beautiful courtyard and personalized guest services.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. The carpets were very dirty, and after walking barefoot, the bottom of my feet turned black. Additionally, the bed was incredibly squeaky, making it difficult to sleep peacefully during our stay. Although we paid extra for breakfast, it was only available on one morning, which felt like a letdown.

i almost thought about giving a good review, but then i remembered my ground floor room #102 was so noisy that it felt like i was in the street! the bed was also horribly uncomfortable, and i was expecting a room upgrade for all my troubles but got absolutely nothing. the breakfast was barely worth it, as there was no coffee after 9:30am!

The gourmet daily breakfast was an absolute highlight, featuring a delicious peaches and cream French toast. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth, providing helpful tips for exploring Savannah.

However, noise from nearby streets interrupted our peaceful retreat, making it hard to fully unwind. The mattress was a bit too soft for our liking, but we managed to enjoy our stay despite these minor hiccups.
