Incredible breakfast with freshly made-to-order omelettes!

Surprise upgrades and great service

Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to a modern space featuring a charming balcony view. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always greeting me with a smile. Breakfast was a highlight with an impressive buffet that included an omelette station and delicious pastries, making mornings delightful!

Heaps good stay, though the inner yard noise from the postal office was a pain. Breakfast was top-notch, especially the made-to-order eggs!

Had a tiny room with dodgy shower temps—nearly got burnt! But the breakfast was heaps good, especially the breads—couldn’t get enough!

the noise from the tram line was a bit bothersome,, but the room was spacious and had two separate beds for the family. loved the complimentary mini bar and the staff were super helpful. breakfast was really good with lots of options.

A fantastic stay with an excellent location just a stroll from the train station! The staff were remarkably friendly, allowing early check-in and providing a complimentary mini-bar stocked daily. Breakfast was a delicious spread, featuring made-to-order omelets. The family room was spacious and accommodating for our group. Truly a gem of convenience and comfort!

Upgraded to a charming duplex for our family, complete with umbrellas for the rain. The complimentary minibar and refreshing lobby drinks were delightful, and we were surprised with heart-shaped chocolates on our bed—such a sweet touch!

The room was a tad snug—definitely not ideal for family wrestling matches! And when it rained, I felt a bit like a wet dog with all those umbrellas!

Awesome location just a few blocks from the waterfront, super clean hotel with friendly staff. Loved the mini bar stocked with drinks and the generous breakfast selection. Very comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower!

the cascada boutique offers an excellent location, just minutes from the train station. i loved that the mini bar is stocked with water and soft drinks every day. the staff were super friendly and let us check in early, which was a nice surprise!

Perfect honeymoon vibes!

Our stay was unforgettable! The staff really made it special with a surprise honeymoon banner and a bottle of champagne in our room. Everything was super clean and comfy, and we enjoyed a fabulous meal at the restaurant. Just wish there were better views from the room. Highly recommend this place for couples!

We enjoyed our time exploring Lucerne, and the hotel recommended fantastic excursions, including a trip to the stunning mountains by the lake. Our family room was cozy for my husband and me, with a comfy little corner for our daughter.

In my wife's opinion, improving pool access for kids would enhance the experience.

This place was just a perfect match for a weekend trip in Lucerne with good price value. The staff had complimentary drinks ready in our fridge and that was a nice surprise when we arrived. Make sure to try the breakfast buffet. it’s a great way to start your day.

The breakfast was incredible! ! A fantastic variety of fresh breads, made-to-order eggs, and even fruit smoothies. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay.

The room temperature was a bit hard to regulate, causing some discomfort. Also, the noise from the street made it challenging to sleep when the window was open.

The staff was super friendly , even upgraded our room for a nice view of the mountains. Breakfast had everything you could want , all fresh and made to order eggs.

It wasn’t exactly cheap , but worth every franc for the experience.
