The location is great, particularly for skiing at the nearby resort and visiting attractions like Linville Falls. The breakfast is decent and the front desk staff, especially Roni, is fantastic.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is close to downtown Banner Elk and convenient to shopping and restaurants. It is also very close to Grandfather State Park, where you can enjoy the famous swinging bridge. The staff was friendly and provided good service. The rooms, especially those with a king bed and a tub, were updated and very clean. Additionally, the breakfast offered a nice assortment of offerings, including "real" freshly made scrambled eggs.

I especially appreciated the well-maintained outdoor swimming pool, perfect for a relaxing swim. The room was incredibly comfortable and Valentina, the cleaning staff lady, did an excellent job ensuring it was clean and well-arranged throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, nestled between Sugar and Beech Mountain with plenty of nearby attractions. The staff were welcoming and the room had everything I needed.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by reducing the greasiness of the sausage. However, the variety of options available, including eggs, fruit, yogurt, and good coffee.

We had a great stay at a hotel nestled in a quiet area on the mountain. The location was perfect for us, as it was convenient to all area attractions. The breakfast was also a nice touch, with plenty of options to choose from. I had a fantastic stay here.

My family and I stayed at Best Western in Banner Elk for a quick pit stop before hiking at Grandfather Mountain. The staff was friendly and the check-in was quick. The room was clean and had modern furniture, along with a large flat-screen TV. The hotel provided everything we needed, from a fridge and microwave to towels and automatic soap dispensers. We also enjoyed the heated pool and the convenient location, which was just a few minutes away from downtown Banner Elk and about 20-30 minutes from other attractions like Boone and Linville Falls. we had a great stay and will definitely be back for our next hiking adventure.
