I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and customer-oriented. The location was perfect, especially for attending events downtown and exploring the local arts and culture destinations. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The restaurant and bar had delicious food and a great ambiance. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and I loved the view from my room. The hotel also offered valet parking, which was convenient.

The check-in process was smooth and we were pleasantly surprised to be able to access our room early. the room was immaculate and had a beautiful view. the breakfast options were plentiful and we loved the omelette station. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring downtown Buffalo and we were able to easily walk to various attractions and restaurants. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One staff member at the front desk seemed unfriendly and unhelpful, which was a bit off-putting. Additionally, the shower head in our room could have been better, it lacked pressure.

The hotel was very clean! The staff was so nice and helpful. They have valet parking so I didn't have to worry about parking. The location is convenient, just off the highway, making it easy to get to Buffalo for a concert & family weekend. The breakfast had good variety and was great value. The staff at the front desk, especially Jess, was amazing and provided excellent recommendations for drinks and food.

Regarding the cons, it was unfortunate that we experienced a brief inconvenience when we got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes. However, the situation was quickly resolved when someone else needed the elevator.

We were fortunate to find a room for an entire week on a whim. The staff, especially Zach , were amazing! The hotel was modern, clean, and the bed was very comfy. Great access to walk or take the metro anywhere downtown, with Tim Hortons and Rite Aid right across the street. We felt comfortable, happy, and safe during our stay. Will definitely return and recommend for a downtown experience.

I had a disappointing visit to the Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo-Downtown. On top of the overpriced $25 parking fee, the shuttle service was unreliable, often resulting in no-shows or late pickups. The rooms were not properly cleaned during our stay, and the surrounding area was rough. I would not recommend this hotel for the price you pay.

The hotel was conveniently located and made it easy for us to get around and enjoy the city. The rooms were very comfortable, and our suite was large enough to accommodate our family of six. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities offered were on point, and we especially enjoyed the made-to-order omelettes and pancakes for breakfast.

The valet parking fees were quite expensive for what we received.

The hotel facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed the pool. The location was perfect, with easy access to Canalside and the beautiful shore trail along Lake Erie. The hotel also provided a free tram to the KeyBank Centre for the Sabres game, which was a convenient bonus. The breakfast served was phenomenal. the staff were courteous, informative, and professional, making my stay thoroughly enjoyable.
