During my transit stay at Country Inn & Suites By Radisson, Traverse City, MI, I found the location to be very convenient as I could ride a BATA bus to area attractions or Cherry Capital Airport. The hotel's proximity to Gens Park, Dennos Museum Center, and Grand Traverse Bay made it easy to explore the area without needing a car.

This interaction left a negative impression and detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

We were stranded at the airport and had to find a room for the night. The manager at Country Inn upgraded our room and recommended a great nearby restaurant. The room was large and luxurious, with comfortable beds and extra pillows. The staff was lovely, and the hotel was very clean. The room had cute wall art and plenty of space, with a mini fridge and lots of outlets. The hotel had ample parking and a spacious breakfast area. Quick drive to downtown and surrounding areas.

The staff at the hotel, including Alexis at the front counter and the friendly housekeeper with the Jamaican accent, were extremely helpful and responsive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options for both adults and children, including waffles for the kids.
