As a tourist, I loved that Database Hotel was conveniently located for all my WI travels. Non-swimming adults weren't required to wear bands, so I could share with my friends' kids. The hotel had laundry facilities, and I was able to dry my son's winter jacket. I requested an Easter basket for my son, and it was waiting in the room. The hotel also provided a phone charger from their lost and found. They recommended a reputable car service for me. my crazy visit was made great by Country Springs!

Reasonable food prices, great drinks, safe water park. Beautiful, modern room with comfortable bed. Enjoyed fish fry. No breakfast or microwave in room, used sister-in-law's microwave for tea.

The staff was polite and the pet friendly amenities were great. The property was well maintained, with signs enforcing family-friendly behavior. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. The water park exceeded our expectations, with excellent lifeguards ensuring safety.

The hotel's prime location offered easy access to the event we attended at American Family ballpark. Moreover, the waterpark was a great option, which we enjoyed on our first day of spring break, and there were many lifeguards around to ensure everyone's safety. The service received in the restaurant and the front desk was pleasant and helpful.

There was a mismatch in the state of cleanliness of the rooms and facilities; some guests complained about the dirty spots on the shower glass/tile/chrome and hair that was not cleaned in the bathroom.

The room was spacious and clean! We loved the Rain shower and the deep tub. The lifeguards at the water park watch EVERY inch and are friendly. The pizza was phenomenal and the staff was amazing. Overall we recommend this hotel!

The executive suite was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. We enjoyed the on-site restaurants, especially the food at Wildflower which was very good. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the desk staff were friendly and helpful. We also loved the Christmas Village and light display, as well as the free pass to the Westwood Fitness center. The hotel had plenty of staff in the water park to supervise and ensure safety. Our executive suite had a roomy bathroom and lounge area, and we appreciated the in-room amenities like the coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. Coopers Pub had a great craft beer selection. it was a wonderful stay for people who enjoy karaoke and casinos.

The rooms at this hotel were newly renovated and the beds were comfortable. the water park had a variety of slides, a lazy river, and even a dog walking area.

It was disappointing that the rooms did not come with a microwave and there was no complimentary breakfast. Additionally, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, leading to high humidity and moisture on the walls.

We enjoyed our stay at this venue. The location was great with easy access to the restaurant for more menu choices and a water park with other raft slides, a lazy river and a bucket that dumps water. The service was exceptional, as we received room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping and laundry services. We appreciated the welcome drink and the fact that the pet amenities were available. This hotel had tours/ticket assistance, and the room amenities included ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar. The flat-screen TV and am/fm alarm clock provided us with some entertainment.

We recommend this hotel to family as there weren't any negative aspects that we experienced during our stay.

During my recent stay at the Ingleside Hotel, I had a wonderful time using the waterpark and relaxing in our well-kept room. The waterpark provided hours of fun for my grandchildren, who had an absolute blast. Additionally, the room was comfortable and clean, and even had a coffee pot for my convenience. I was also pleased with the helpful and friendly staff, both at the front desk and in the cafe. The hotel was quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. I would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was good, clean, and newly renovated. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The location was great, close to all the places we wanted to visit in this city. The hotel facilities, including the indoor pool, game area, fitness room, and hot tub, were available to all guests and added to our enjoyable experience. We also loved the serene view of the hiking trail and golf course from our "executive" room.
