The pool and hot tub offered stunning river views, making for a relaxing spot. Kevin's warm airport pickup and store stop added a nice personal touch to our arrival. The room was comfortable, with nice amenities, but it had some wear and tear, and a tree blocked our river view. Breakfast was decent, though the setup created some crowding, and the spider webs were off-putting. We encountered noisy neighbors, and a flooded bathroom due to an overflow was frustrating. Still, friendly staff and the reasonable price make me consider returning for another visit.

Breathtaking views and a perfect riverside vibe!

Staying right on the Columbia River was an absolute treat, especially enjoying the fantastic views of the illuminated bridge at night while relaxing in the riverfront patio and soaking in the scenery; the nearby walking trail, adorned with sculptures and wildflowers in full bloom, was perfect for leisurely strolls, making it easy to explore and enjoy the outdoors, and I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming despite the check-in rush, providing a nice atmosphere throughout my stay; however, I did encounter some issues like a lack of breakfast options and staff availability which could definitely be improved.

The room was comfortable, with a big firm bed that provided a good night’s sleep. it had a slight old smell, reminiscent of smoke, which was a bit off-putting. Temperature control was adequate, keeping the space warm and cozy. The strong WiFi was a big plus for work. I enjoyed the view of the river from the patio, even though my room didn’t face it directly. The towels were rough and had a lingering odor, which could definitely be improved. The pool area was inviting, adding to the overall experience.

I requested a room change, which the staff accommodated, yet the replacement room still didn't meet my expectations. The amenities have potential but require attention. The pool and hot tub were both out of service during my visit—disappointing. Staff were friendly, yet understaffing during peak hours led to disorganization. The charm is there, but consistency in quality and improved facility maintenance is needed. I'll consider returning, but on quieter weekends.

The location was superb with a fantastic riverfront patio offering great views. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. The pool had a great view of the river and the amenities in the room like the microwave, coffee pot, and fridge were convenient.

The staff's attitude during breakfast was unwelcoming and made us feel uncomfortable. The noise from an event in the hotel's event room on Saturday night disrupted our peace and quiet, affecting our dining experience and causing disturbances in our room.
