Our stay at this hotel was great! The location was perfect, as it was just a stone's throw away from the Coliseum complex. We had a fantastic view of the complex right from our room in Tower 1. The room service was impressive with their speedy service and the food was delicious. a fantastic experience for young holiday goers like us!

The gift shop at the hotel was poorly managed and overpriced. It was frustrating to be charged four times the value of items and to be required to pay with cash, especially as a weary business traveler.

the location was perfect as it was right off Interstate 40 and convenient for shopping at the Four Season Mall, just across the road. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were taken care of. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable double beds and a great view. this hotel provided excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property was massive and had lots to offer. The room I stayed in was clean and nicely furnished, with a superior room that had a balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel was conveniently located right next to a mall, so I could easily walk there without having to move my car. The parking was plentiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel also offered transportation options, with vans and taxis available to shuttle guests to and from the concert venue for a reasonable fee. This made attending the concert hassle-free. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and location were all top-notch.
