We stayed at a hotel in Chicago for leisure, exploring attractions in the city. The best part of our stay was the excellent location right along the river. The front desk reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Despite some issues with the room's outdated facilities, the overall experience was positive thanks to the convenient location and the warm hospitality of the hotel staff.

we had a great stay at Club Quarters Wacker Michigan. the bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the free coffee, refreshments, and snacks. the front desk agent, Pedro, was friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, close to subway stations with a lovely view.

My room had all I needed, fantastic staff like Liz provided early check-in, and Pedro was the best manager ever! Convenient location, excellent water, ice machines, and laundry. Elevator wait times were a downside though. a great stay for exploring Chicago day and night.

The issue with the pillows was a minor inconvenience, as we needed more pillows for our stay but had to explain our request multiple times.

The hotel is in a super spot, right in the middle of everything, and they gave us a room with a killer view that made the stay all worth it. Shoutout to the friendly staff at the front desk who always had a smile and helped us out. Only downside was the slow elevators, but hey, good things are worth waiting for, right? 😉

The hotel offers an ideal location for exploring Chicago's key attractions, with breathtaking views of the Chicago River. While the elevator can be a bit problematic at times, the convenience and beauty of the surroundings more than make up for it. the free coffee and tea lounge on level two is a nice touch for planning your day ahead. However, the bulky pillows and double charging incidents might need improvement for a more comfortable stay.

The location of this hotel is excellent - you can easily walk everywhere, use Uber/Lyft, hop on a tour bus, or even grab a water taxi to explore downtown Chicago. It's close to all notable activities, like the Magnificent Mile, the Art Institute of Chicago, Grant Park, and Navy Pier. the staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly, efficient, and competent. the rooms are comfy and offer great views of the river. Plus, the free wifi and gym are handy additions.

One thing that could be improved is the elevator situation, especially during busy times it can take a while to get up to your room. It might be a good idea for the hotel to look into faster elevator service to enhance the guest experience.

The fitness center at Club Quarters Hotel is well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including treadmills, a cross trainer, a universal weight machine, free weights. Staying on top of my fitness routine was a breeze with such a well-maintained and versatile selection of workout options.

The TV and internet were both faulty and would cut in & out on us.
