The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, and convenient for nearby restaurants and shops. The room setup is ideal for families, with a separate space for privacy and comfort. Amenities like a microwave were a great help during our stay.

Housekeeping could improve, as we experienced a lack of cleanliness in some areas.

i recently stayed in ocean city with my family, and coastal palms inn and suites exceeded my expectations. the room was clean with comfortable beds and great blackout curtains, allowing us to enjoy restful nights. the location was awesome, just a block from the beach, and we appreciated the easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

The Coastal Palms Inn and Suites was a decent choice for a short getaway. The pet suite was spacious and had a nice side ocean view, though I noticed some dog hair on the floor. The staff were friendly and helpful, but I did experience delays in getting my deposit refunded. Great for families, and the complimentary beach chairs were a nice touch.

I chose this place for a short family getaway, and we really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, just steps away from our room! Despite the difficulties we faced with key cards and a dirty sofa bed, we were ultimately moved to a much cleaner room, which improved our stay significantly. Having a microwave in our room was a bonus while traveling with kids, making our meals easier. The experience did have its bumps, but the location made up for a lot of it!

The location is just a stone's throw from the beach, and I could pop out for a lekker swim anytime. Plus, the staff were super friendly, made me feel right at home. Those free beach chairs were a nice touch—definitely made my day!

The pool was a bit on the small side, but we still had a jol!

The room was super comfy with nice blackout curtains that kept it dark for sleeping in. I loved that it was really clean and soundproof too! We kept the do not disturb sign on, and the maids were great with our requests. Just steps away from the beach, which was a total win! The only downside was the bathroom light switch had some issues. But honestly, I enjoyed the stay overall!

We stayed for 3 nights and really liked how spacious the room was—def good for families! The restaurant was a hit with us, having tasty breakfast options. Check-in was a bit slow, though, which was kinda annoying, but the comfy beds made up for it! Super close to the beach, too.
