The room we had was facing the lake, which could be great, but the noise from the nearby highway kept us up all night. The bed was comfortable though, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. I appreciate that the hotel is pet-friendly and well-maintained. One of the downsides was the lack of daily housekeeping. We were only provided with a limited number of towels and washcloths, and our room wasn't cleaned up during our stay. It was disappointing to see basic amenities like fresh towels, toilet paper, and kitchen towels not restocked. some furniture in the room seemed worn out, like the couch in the living room. The hotel staff seemed overwhelmed, and there were issues with room key deactivation and unavailability of certain facilities like the pool and hot tub. The breakfast service was subpar with limited options and microwaved eggs that were frozen in the middle. It was also concerning to see maintenance issues like exposed wires from smoke detectors and loose hinges on bathroom doors. the location was convenient, and the room itself was clean.

Perfect spot near waterfront and countless attractions

This hotel is just a few steps from the bay and it's super convenient for fishing trips or a peaceful stroll along the water, plus you're within easy walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and Liberty Park which is just 110 meters away, making it ideal for anyone who loves exploring new places; the breakfast was nice and the rooms were clean and comfy, but check-in could be a bit smoother to enhance the overall experience.

Just a suitable option for a short interlude in Erie with best value. The view of Lake Erie was nice.

Staff were friendly and the location was convenient for golf. The hot tub was closed and we weren't informed before our arrival. Breakfast was lacking variety and cleanliness could be improved. Happy hour was nice but not enough to make up for the disappointments.

A shower post-marathon was crucial, and I appreciated the effort. The eclipse event arrangements showed initiative with snacks and activities. Staff friendliness was a plus, yet delays with room readiness and a chaotic dining area detracted from the experience. Parking space is limited, causing inconvenience. Noise levels were disruptive, and maintenance issues with the pool are concerning. Simple app check-in could significantly streamline processes. There’s merit to this location, but improvements are essential for a more favorable experience.

This place is super pet friendly and has a great happy hour for adults. The staff was helpful, and the beds? So comfortable that I got a solid night's rest.

Room was clean and spacious with a kitchenette, larger fridge, and free wifi. Pool and jacuzzi were nice, but jacuzzi was still down. Breakfast was decent but ran out of food. Close to a cool bar and marina. Dog-friendly, which is great. Staff was friendly, located nearby everything we like. Awesome fireplace area.

Rooms were clean and reasonably priced. the pool was freezing, and the hot tub was out of order, quite the letdown. I really appreciated Trice’s effort to secure a late checkout after a marathon. The breakfast offered decent options, but the stale bagels and lack of fresh fruit was disappointing. The shower pressure was weak, and the elevator had issues. For the price, the experience felt uneven; I'd consider a different place next time.

Convenient to everything in Erie, including hospitals, universities, and more. Hotel offers great amenities like a fitness center and indoor pool. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Such Big City Quality, Small Town Values!
