Great beach access and friendly staff. Room maintenance needs attention.

Our family stayed in one of the bungalows. It was perfect, clean, and well-equipped with a full kitchen. The oceanfront view from our room was unbeatable and the swimming pools were fantastic. The property was quaint and lovely with Adirondack chairs, swings, hammock, and cabanas in great condition. The location was ideal, close to beach restaurants and big stores and restaurants.

Felt at ease, no complaints at all.

We loved the pools and the accessibility of the beach! The beds were comfortable too! They were generous with towels and anything we needed. The suite was recently renovated and tastefully decorated. The property is very close to the beach and dining. We enjoyed the location, as it was walking distance to Key West Style Town Flagler Avenue where we could enjoy live entertainment and amazing food, cool watering holes, and shopping. The beach had plenty of chairs and some cabanas, providing good value for the dollar. The staff, especially Kari, was super nice and really tried to help make our stay better.

We couldn't believe the value we got for our money! The room was incredibly spacious and in excellent condition. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and the staff were friendly and professional.

The breakfast option could be improved.

Our room had a great view and was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the towels were nice. We appreciated the kitchenette which had a fridge, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. The property had a nice pool and was a short walk to local restaurants and shops. we recommend this Ramada property.

I stayed at this hotel on the beach and loved the location as I was right on the beach. The beach access was convenient and made it simple for me to enjoy the sun. I was pleased with the service that offered grocery shopping service and laundry. The room amenities were great as there was air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, balcony, sitting area, dining table, and garden furniture.

For families, I would recommend this hotel as it was an ideal place to stay with children.

We had a fantastic stay at Coconut Palms Beach Resort II. The location was absolutely amazing, with a breathtaking ocean view every day. We felt safe walking around and loved being close to restaurants and shops. The beds and sheets were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff was also exceptional, always friendly and accommodating. They even upgraded us to an oceanfront 1 bedroom condo with a double balcony at no extra charge. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway!

The view from our balcony was simply breathtaking. It was such a delight to wake up every morning and take in the beautiful scenery. The beach was just steps away, making it convenient for us to spend our days enjoying the sun and sand. The hotel had a great pool area where we could relax and cool off. The room was clean and comfortable, providing us with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The friendly and attentive staff made us feel welcomed and ensured that we had a wonderful experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this beachfront resort was fantastic with royal palms and a lovely downtown nearby. The Flagler street with its nicely lit Christmas shops and local boutiques is an extra attraction. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all necessary amenities including kitchens and laundry rooms. The pools and the beachside were delightful with daily activities. The staff was friendly and helpful.

One slight issue was the lack of free water and amenities at the cash bar.
