great location and comfy stay

Super clean rooms with a nice modern vibe! Loved the comfy bed and the fact it was close to Broadway. The staff was super helpful and even surprised us with birthday gifts! Only thing is, a small fridge in the room would’ve been nice, but we hardly spent time in there anyway. Perfect for our family trip!

During my recent trip to New York, I stayed at Park Terrace Hotel on Bryant Park for a transit stop. The hotel's convenient location, just 15 km away from LaGuardia Airport, made it an ideal choice for a short stay. The proximity to Bryant Park and Macy's also made it easy to explore the surrounding area during my brief visit.

My stay at Park Terrace Hotel was marred by the air conditioner in my room not working properly. While it was a minor inconvenience, it did affect the overall comfort of my stay.

We hit up MSG for an epic concert and then checked out The Garden for some next-level theater vibes. The location was perfect for all our partying needs, with awesome venues just a hop, skip, and jump away.

We could've used a bit more late-night action at the hotel to keep the party going after our adventures.

I selected this hotel for a business summit due to its commitment to providing a safe haven for business travelers. The staff was extremely welcoming and the location was ideal for exploring the city.

The only thing I missed for my work was an in-room printer for printing important documents.

Located right in front of Bryant Park, this hotel is in the heart of NYC and is central to everything. Guests can enjoy the park's beautiful green space and even go ice-skating in the winter. The hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The included breakfast buffet is delicious, offering a variety of fresh food options. The hotel also has a rooftop bar and a health club for guests to enjoy.

The noise from doors opening and closing near the rooms can be a bit bothersome for noise-sensitive guests.

There were no cons to this hotel. It was a great place to stay, with leisure facilities like a sauna, full-body massage, foot massage, and back massage. Plus, they had a fitness center to help us keep up with our workout routine. We loved everything about this hotel, the staff, the amenities and the location. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in a luxurious place with amazing services.

The staff helped with my evening plans on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, and fitness center. I keep coming back for my city trips.

I recently stayed at Park Terrace Hotel On Bryant Park for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Grand Central station and Times Square. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and well-appointed. I appreciated the free water bottles and the resident's cupboard filled with essentials. Loved staying here! the modern design and comfortable bed were just what I needed. the spacious room for NYC was a pleasant surprise. I also enjoyed the bright and adjustable lighting in the room and bathroom. the Nespresso machine in the room was a great addition for my morning coffee fix. the location was absolutely perfect with key attractions and subway stations within walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. a great experience!

Loved the location, complimentary cocktail, and popcorn. High-end shower products. Free water and beautiful terrace with a lounge. Clean, modern, newly renovated room. Exceptional, efficient, and welcoming staff. Blissful sleep. Excellent breakfast with little touches and water stations.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, with easy access to top attractions and the subway. The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special, with personal touches and excellent service. The terrace was beautiful and added to the overall charm of the hotel. The Deluxe Queen Room was spacious and comfortable, and the included breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations with a variety of delicious options.

We had an incredible stay in a prime spot, within walking distance of all the major attractions we wanted to see. The room was cozy yet comfortable, and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The morning hot drinks and refreshments in the common area were a nice touch, and the refillable drinking water bottles added to the eco-friendly ambiance.

The cleaning left something to be desired, with minimal toiletries supplied and insufficient shower gel and toilet paper.

I absolutely adored the modern interior design, especially the clean lines and the beautiful view of Bryant Park from the year-round terrace. Being a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility very convenient, with easily navigable spaces and amenities that catered to my needs. The staff, especially the children of the staff, were incredibly helpful and made sure I felt welcomed and safe during my stay.

I would ask for better vacation packages tailored to senior people.

The terrace had incredible views of Bryant Park, which made me feel like I was in a movie. The lightning fast Wi-Fi and smart TV were also a plus.

Oh, the sauna wasn't working, what a surprise! But hey, who needs relaxation when you have a broken sauna, right?
