During our stay, I appreciate how close we are to Broadway theaters and many popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The cozy lounge on the sixth floor provides a lovely spot for sipping coffee while enjoying beautiful views of the park. Plus, the complimentary breakfast options right next door are a great way to start the day!

The elevators were quite crowded at times, making access a bit challenging.

absolutely average experience, considering the price. no room service? and where are my fluffy slippers? I expected a warm welcome after my struggles with heavy bags, but the indifferent reception staff just watched me. the view was just a bricked wall, not what I had hoped for. could’ve been a good review, but just couldn’t.

The lounge on the 6th floor was my favorite retreat, perfect for sipping coffee while enjoying views of Bryant Park.

I found the early morning noise from staff cleaning rooms disruptive, especially when returning to my room after a long day.

Had an enjoyable time at Park Terrace with a cozy room overlooking Bryant Park—an unbeatable view! The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially at The Branch Lounge, where I liked relaxing.

I had a great stay! The breakfast had local pastries, and my room was beautifully decorated. The only downside was the crowded elevator situation during peak times. I'd definitely return!

We loved staying here with our family! The location is perfect for visiting the Empire State Building and Times Square. Enjoyed the cozy coffee spot on the 6th floor with stunning views. Plus, the complimentary wine was a nice touch after a long day.

My kids wished for a playground area nearby for some fun.

Great location right by Bryant Park! Staff was super friendly & helpful, especially Shawn with the luggage. Really liked the breakfast options in the park. It felt so fresh and inviting.

I loved my stay! The room was super clean, and it was so quiet, you could barely hear the city outside. Plus, having free coffee to sip while working in the lounge area was a nice perk. The service was friendly. Just wish there were more snack options at the bar for late-night cravings.
