We stayed at a hotel in Bogota for one night and were pleasantly surprised by the Sonesta Hotel. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Juan who even brought us coffee to our room. the junior suite exceeded our expectations with its comfortable bed and two bathrooms. the location was great, in a safe neighborhood with a big mall across the street. the room was clean and the service was excellent. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options.

The location of this hotel was excellent, with plenty of dining options and shopping malls nearby. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and quickly fixed any issues with the room. the rooms themselves were comfortable and clean, with a great shower.

The breakfast staff were quite rude and inattentive, taking a long time to serve drinks and ignoring requests. the breakfast itself was not up to par, considering the quality of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home. They were exceptional, kind, and incredibly helpful. As a first-time visitor to this city, I was a bit lost at first, but the staff and designated taxi drivers were there to assist me every step of the way. I felt safe using the hotel's taxis, and they provided valuable information on where to go and where not to go. The hotel's location in the north part of the city, in a nice safe neighborhood, was perfect. It was also very close to the main shopping mall, which was convenient. The rooms were extremely comfortable, with lounges on each floor providing extra space. And I must mention, the breakfast buffet was absolutely awesome!

The spacious room and bathroom were great, and the breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed using the good external gym facilities.

I recently stayed at Sonesta Hotel for a business trip. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always greeted me by name. The location is great, with a casino on-site for entertainment. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a wonderful shower. The breakfast included made-to-order eggs and a delicious buffet with fresh fruit, pastries, and Colombian fruit marmalades. The staff in the restaurant and throughout the hotel were always smiling and provided prompt service. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a mall with a 24-hour grocery store and plenty of shops and restaurants.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious from the moment you walk in. the exclusive amenities were exceptional and fulfilled all of my needs. the service was impeccable and made me feel like royalty. I was pleasantly surprised by the spa and wellness centre with its relaxing Jacuzzi, full body massage and head massage. the location advantages were fantastic too.

The only minor issue I encountered was the noise level when an event was taking place in the sports bar. this did not detract from the overall wonderful experience at this hotel.
