The hotel's location was in the heart of downtown, within walking distance of several good restaurants and the event center. Additionally, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay.

The place is brand new, so everything feels fresh and clean. the friendly staff made us feel right at home. the location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown with plenty of dining options within walking distance. And the best part was the quietness at night, despite being in a downtown area.

The only downsides were the parking fee, which was a bit pricey, but there weren't any other safe options nearby. the bed was also a bit uncomfortable, but the clean and well-equipped rooms made up for it.

We got great value for our money, with a comfortable room and convenient location near the Arena. The staff, especially the front desk agent named Kay, provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to assist us.
