The location was perfect for our shopping trip to Birch Run. just a short drive to the outlet mall! Parking was easy too. The room was excellent and super clean. definitely made our stay enjoyable!

Nothing could have been better.

I had a lovely stay at Comfort Inn. The breakfast was truly a highlight, featuring a variety of options including fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, and hot items like sausage and waffles. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making sure I felt welcomed throughout my visit. The hotel’s cozy atmosphere and attentive service made my experience enjoyable, providing a stress-free environment for my getaway.

The jacuzzi in my room could have been cleaner.

Staying at the Comfort Inn Birch Run was like finding a hidden treasure—the kind where you dig up gold instead of just old socks! The spacious suite had everything, a jacuzzi tub fit for a king, a cozy king-size bed, and a great breakfast selection that was never lacking, always stocked and warm. Also, bonus points for the pool, which added a splash of fun to our stay!

Nothing remarkable.

The jacuzzi is broken!!! Pool temperatures are inconsistent, leading to discomfort. A better focus on cleanliness is needed—bathroom hygiene was lacking. Noise from the outside was bothersome!!! An upgrade in general amenities would help!!!

During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's friendliness. They made check-in easy, and the spacious room was a great comfort. Breakfast options were delicious, especially the Jimmy Dean sandwiches!

However, the indoor pool was a disappointment—it was simply too cold for my taste. Plus, the shower near the pool area had a bit of a funky spray. I think it could use some maintenance.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We were in a King Suite, so spacious with a dining area, nice seating, and a flat-screen TV. The room had a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine. Awesome breakfast choices too! Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Just wish the parking lot had better lighting for safety at night.

The place was decent, but the breakfast was a bit lacking, with warm OJ and dodgy eggs. The pool area was a highlight, though.

The room was spacious and great for our family, especially with a small baby. The location was perfect for checking out the local attractions, and we enjoyed exploring Grandpa Tiny's Farm. We also appreciated the fridge for storing snacks and drinks.

My wife says that the breakfast options could be improved for families. Maybe add healthier choices.

The large, clean King Room featured a comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, ideal for relaxation. Breakfast offered a nice selection of hot and cold items, always fresh and well-stocked. However, the older building had its drawbacks. I noticed pets allowed, which might be an issue for those with allergies. Additionally, while the staff was friendly, the décor felt a bit dated. Overall, it was a solid place for a family visit to the area.
