the sheets in my room were filthy and had holes, which is quite the horror! i expected a complimentary upgrade for such a scandalous oversight. and don’t get me started on the bathroom—clogged sink and stained toilet seat. it's high time you invested in some serious maintenance if you plan to keep charging those prices!

Absolutely terrible! The rude staff were an utter disgrace, especially the man named Sam who had the audacity to hang up on me. I thought I'd be welcomed with a room upgrade, but instead, I got a dirty shower with hair everywhere! Almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't. Truly disheartening.

Room availability could definitely use improvement!!! Long waits at check-in are frustrating, and bathroom fixtures seemed outdated. A more responsive management team would also enhance the overall experience for guests!!!

We had a great time at Comfort Inn Greensboro, Kernersville! The location was perfect since we needed to travel back and forth to A&T. The breakfast offered plenty of options, making our mornings hassle-free. Our room was clean, and we felt safe and comfortable during our stay.

My family and I had an amazing time at this hotel! The comfortable beds made for long, peaceful nights, and the Southern breakfast options were just delightful, featuring hot eggs and waffles. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, which made our stay even more special!

We had a fun time spending the day exploring local activities, including some good golfing. The beds were comfortable enough for my grandkid and me to get a solid night's sleep after our adventures.

Had a fun time here! The lobby was perfect for hanging out with fam instead of cramming in rooms or going out. Kyle, the manager, was super nice and helped us find everything we needed. Only bummer was having to go to different floors for snacks and drinks. Rooms were clean and smelled amazing, like citrus!

I really enjoyed how clean the room was and how comfy the beds felt after a long day. The outdoor pool was a great spot to unwind, and I loved relaxing in the garden area. The only minor downside was that breakfast could use a little more variety, but overall it was a wonderful stay! 😊

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional staff who ensured our stay was comfortable. The King Room was spacious and clean, and the nearby dining options were a fantastic bonus! Take advantage of the local activities. we had a wonderful time exploring after finding a great night's sleep!

It was just a solid selection for a city holiday in Greensboro with value for money. The staff were always welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. Keep in mind that the breakfast gets busy in the mornings, so try to go early.
