I recently stayed at the downtown hotel for a week while visiting Syracuse University. The building is stunning, and my room was spacious and clean. The updated bathroom was a nice touch. The location was perfect for walking around downtown and only a short drive from the university. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had delicious and reasonably priced food. The hotel was quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful stay.

What a wonderful gem we discovered during our stay in the heart of downtown. The location is ideal with restaurants and everything close by. The lobby is a stunning mix of historic and modern design that will definitely grab your attention. Not only was our room of adequate size, but it was also incredibly clean with great amenities. We enjoyed their complimentary breakfast at the attached restaurant, which was delicious. The gym was well-equipped and spacious, perfect for our workout routine.

One aspect that could improve slightly is the accuracy of the information given out by restaurant staff regarding group reservations, as we had a bit of confusion during our stay, but that’s only a minor blip in an otherwise fantastic experience.
