Decent stay but with room for improvement

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and comfort of the beds. However, we had to climb a long flight of stairs to reach our second-floor room, which could be a challenge for seniors or those with mobility issues. Breakfast was fair but lacked protein options. Avoid the upper floors if possible.

The staff were canny friendly, and I loved the comfy beds—proper lush for a good night's kip! The only downside was that it was a bit noisy, being close to the main road. Still, it was a decent spot to rest my head.

the stay was less than stellar. my safe didn't work and it took much whining before anyone cared, what a hassle! as a highly esteemed guest, i expected a room upgrade or at least a complimentary gift, but alas, not even a polite gesture for my troubles. breakfast? definitely not what i hoped for—dry bagels and sad muffins. it's almost like they weren't trying.

Friendly staff helped find local attractions. Wi-Fi was weak. Room cleanliness could improve.

Had a lekker night after a long drive. The staff were super chill and sorted me out quick. Plus, the bed? Eish, so comfy—like sleeping on a cloud! Brekkie was basic but filled me up nicely before hitting the road again.

Had a great time on our group vacation! We visited Crater Lake National Park and Klamath Falls, which were amazing. The hotel provided clean rooms, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent, a good way to start the day. Definitely a fun spot for friends traveling together!

the location was very close to quick food and gas. easy on and off I-10 and right next door to Cracker Barrel. the newer rooms were much better than my last stay.
