The shower water pressure was quite low, making for an unsatisfying experience when trying to rinse off. Additionally, the train noise was intrusive with its interruptions during the night, and I suddenly realized why earplugs were provided. It took a while for the air conditioning to cool the room, which could be a concern in the warmer months. Also, the refrigerator was anything but quiet. it had a loud humming that persisted throughout my stay, not exactly ideal for rest.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive , offering us helpful recommendations for local attractions. The breakfast selection was varied, featuring tasty options that certainly surpassed our expectations.

The noise from the train disrupted sleep , making it hard to rest. Additionally, the refrigerator made bothersome humming sounds throughout the night, which was distracting.

The staff was incredibly attentive! They even offered cold water after our long journey and provided us with fresh towels without us asking.

Despite the comfort, the train noise might disturb some guests—ear plugs were provided, but this could still be a deterrent.

Earplugs were much needed for the noisy heater.

The service was great. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and pool. I did enjoy the cold water in the lobby, but missed having coffee available all day.

While the comfort of the bed stood out, the low water pressure in the shower was disappointing. Additionally, noise from the air conditioning unit proved distracting at times, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

We loved our stay at this hotel while visiting the Kings County Fairgrounds. The breakfast selection was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making it a comfortable experience for my family, including our child.

My wife says that the bathroom door that closed automatically was a bit tricky for us with kids.

My friends and I had a great trip staying here. We visited Tachi Palace Casino and the Kings County Fairgrounds. The staff really went out of their way to help us, making our stay comfortable. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choices, and the rooms were spotless.

One downside was that it took a long time for our room to cool down, especially during the heatwave. This could be a concern for others who might feel uncomfortable in the heat.

Had a decent stay, but the old smell in the room and low water pressure in the shower were a bit annoying. On the bright side, the staff were heaps friendly and the breakfast was alright.

Had an amazing stay with a comfortable King Room and lovely complimentary drinks. The pool was super refreshing but the train noise at night was a bit disruptive. I'd definitely come back!

The breakfast was good with a lot of choices. You could grab and go or enjoy a hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage biscuits and gravy. Definitely exceeded my expectations.
