We had a fantastic time at Tru by Hilton! the staff was amazing, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had a little mishap with spilling coffee on the bed, but they quickly brought us clean sheets with a smile. the hotel is perfect for families, with games in the lobby, a pool table, and a gym. Our room had a beautiful view of the river, and the beds were so comfortable. the location was great, with free parking and decent breakfast options. We especially loved watching the pancake machine in action!

During my recent stay at the Tru By Hilton, I was delighted by the clean and spacious rooms. The soaps and lotions provided were a pleasant surprise, and the shampoo and conditioner were top-notch. The location of the hotel was great, with a beautiful view of the river. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

While the lack of a pool may be a drawback for some, it didn't affect my short stay. Additionally, the design and motifs in the hotel were not to my personal taste.

tru by hilton exceeded my expectations, even better than my previous stay in eugene. the staff was amazing, the rooms clean and spacious, and the breakfast had great options. will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was conveniently located near the freeway with ample free parking. It had a beautiful walkway across the street by the river, perfect for a relaxing stroll. the breakfast selection was great and the setup was well-suited for single travelers to enjoy.

The room was incredibly small, not ideal for couples as it could feel claustrophobic. the floor was sticky and had peeling sections, which was quite off-putting.

We recently stayed at Tru By Hilton and had a fantastic experience. the hotel was exceptionally clean and we felt safe during our entire stay. the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. the room was comfortable and we especially loved the thoughtful amenities, like the high-quality soaps and lotions provided. the breakfast was a great value with a variety of options, including a coffee/tea station, oatmeal station, cereal station, and a pancake machine. the hot food offered, such as scrambled eggs and sausage links, was delicious. We also appreciated the beautiful view of the river from our room.

The heating and AC unit in the rooms may cause some inconvenience as it occasionally blows cold air when adjusting the temperature.
