comfy stay with some bumps

Really enjoyed the spacious room and soft beds, plus breakfast was pretty good! The staff were friendly, especially Steve at check-in. A bit of a bummer that housekeeping only cleaned when we checked out, so we had to ask for basics like tissues and toilet paper. The hot tub could've been a bit warmer too.

As someone who frequently travels for work, staying at various hotels across the country, my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Rapid City was hands down my favorite. I was on a business trip, driving from Carolina to Seattle and back, and stayed for a few nights. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to Steve who provided excellent service and even recommended local food delivery options. The room itself was immaculate, with comfortable beds, a clean bathroom stocked with Dove products, and an easy-to-use TV. The hotel had a peaceful ambiance despite having many guests, making for a restful night's sleep. I was also pleased with the ample outlets for charging my devices and the absence of any unpleasant odors. Additionally, the hotel's trailer-friendly parking lot and close proximity to a gas station were convenient bonuses.

The lack of on-site dining options, but there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Another issue was that some guests had trouble with their room keys, and there were some errors with billing.
