As someone who frequently travels for work, staying at various hotels across the country, my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Rapid City was hands down my favorite. I was on a business trip, driving from Carolina to Seattle and back, and stayed for a few nights. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to Steve who provided excellent service and even recommended local food delivery options. The room itself was immaculate, with comfortable beds, a clean bathroom stocked with Dove products, and an easy-to-use TV. The hotel had a peaceful ambiance despite having many guests, making for a restful night's sleep. I was also pleased with the ample outlets for charging my devices and the absence of any unpleasant odors. Additionally, the hotel's trailer-friendly parking lot and close proximity to a gas station were convenient bonuses.

This hotel is fantastic! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Secondly, the hotel is kept very clean and tidy. Lastly, the breakfast was perfect with many options to choose from including healthy ones.

The lack of on-site dining options, but there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Another issue was that some guests had trouble with their room keys, and there were some errors with billing.

We had a great stay here. The hotel was very clean, and our room had everything we needed, including a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. The location was perfect for us to visit local attractions, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The only thing we didn't like was that the pool was inside, and there was no outside seating. Regardless of that, we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
