We had a fantastic stay at Comfort Inn North-Polaris! The room featured a cozy corner with a sofa bed, and my kids loved having their own space. The location is perfect for shopping, right across from Polaris Mall, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Breakfast was a treat, especially the waffles! The indoor heated pool was a great way for us to relax after a long day exploring the area.

The stairway had a slightly weird smell.

During my visit, the check-in process was quite frustrating. The manager unexpectedly tried to charge me an additional "incidentals charge" despite having prepaid for my stay, creating unnecessary stress. On top of that, the elevator appeared to be in poor condition, which added to my concerns about the overall maintenance of the hotel.

the desk chair in my room looked like it was scavenged from a junkyard, just terrible! plus, the staff didn’t care about my situation and I certainly expected a room upgrade or at least a welcome gift for my troubles. comfort was not a word I would use here, wish I could’ve given a better review but just couldn’t.

For a quieter experience, request a room away from I-71, as noise can be noticeable. The breakfast area has a good selection, try the waffles!

With a clean, comfortable stay and a fantastic breakfast, this spot truly exceeded my expectations! The friendly staff made me feel right at home. The pool was also a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring nearby shopping. I'd gladly return for another visit!

Had a great time with friends! We visited Zoombezi Bay and the Ohio State Fairgrounds, both fun spots. The location was super convenient with lots of dining options nearby. Breakfast was tasty, and having the room cleaned upon request was a nice touch. Definitely check out outdoor activities like ziplining if you're into that!

but parking was a bit of a hassle and i had issues with the shower curtain missing which made water go everywhere.

Had such a cozy, relaxing stay! The pool was clean and perfect for unwinding. The breakfast options were amazing. Just wish there had been a mini-fridge in the room. Definitely coming back!
