The breakfast at Comfort Inn was outstanding, with a wide variety of choices that left us feeling satisfied. The staff member who handled the breakfast room was efficient and kind, even when my granddaughter spilled her juice. The hotel was also exceptionally clean, with not a single hair out of place. Despite a few minor issues like a scratched chair and a poorly arranged tissue box, our overall experience was positive. We would recommend this hotel for its excellent breakfast and cleanliness.

The front desk was courteous and helpful, accommodating early check-in for a wedding. Beds were super comfortable. The staff was sweet and assisted with getting a suitable room. Plenty of parking and good food choices at breakfast.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with a great selection of restaurants nearby and a large upscale mall just across the highway. It was also a short travel distance to downtown, which made exploring the city easy. Additionally, the building itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for our stay.

There were a few aspects that detracted from our experience at this hotel. the room did not have a refrigerator, which was quite inconvenient.

The only slight inconvenience we encountered during our stay was with the key cards. Initially, both keys didn't work to access our room, but after re-keying, one of them still didn't work.

We booked two rooms and pre-paid for the stay. At check-in, the reservation was exactly as planned, and the desk clerk Zahra was very friendly and courteous. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we slept well with no disruptions. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the warm and clean indoor swimming pool. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of tasty and appealing options. the young man attending did a fabulous job of keeping up with a large Sunday morning breakfast crowd. Check out was fast and easy. the location was great for nearby shopping, dining, and easy access to several recreational activities, e. g. the zoo, COSI, etc. the rooms were a good bargain for the price. We will definitely be back again!

The location of this hotel was mind-blowing - so private, clean, and quiet! The staff went above and beyond to assist us and ensure our stay was super enjoyable. The front desk staff and cleaning crew were extremely nice, and the hotel felt safe and quiet. The woman at the desk was jaw-droppingly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast staff was super nice. The breakfast had a great variety of food choices, which was a nice surprise for travelers.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a lot of options and was very good. the hotel had a great location with plenty of restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the indoor pool, which was a nice way to relax after a long day.

There was no fridge or microwave in the room, even though it was listed as amenities. the pool area was not well-maintained, with a film on the pool and broken jets in the hot tub.
