Friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us during our unplanned stay. Delicious chocolate chip cookies by the front door were a nice touch. the staff provided garbage bags to protect our luggage, which was very considerate.

Weak WiFi signal in our room, which made it impossible to access the internet. the front desk suggested we contact the ISP for assistance, but even after spending 30 minutes on the phone, the issue was not resolved.

We recently stayed at a hotel that was surprisingly comfortable and clean. Despite the exterior appearance being a bit shabby, the large and clean room exceeded our expectations. The beds were exceedingly comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean with newish fixtures. The breakfast provided was fantastic and satisfying. We appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly since we traveled with our two small dogs. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. Despite some minor issues like wallpaper peeling and trim coming loose in the room, overall it was a pleasant stay.

The staff was top-notch, particularly the young lady in the cafeteria who kept everything clean and well stocked, despite it being busy. The rest of the staff was also friendly and accommodating, always greeting me in the hallways. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options. Additionally, the hotel was easy to access and leave, unlike some other nearby hotels.

The hotel had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, including a refreshing outdoor pool. the room was well equipped with a cold A/C, microwave, fridge, and a flat screen TV. the beds were very comfortable and the room was well kept. the staff was attentive and accommodating, offering adjoining rooms for our larger group.

One downside was the location. We would have liked to be able to walk to local shops and restaurants, but without a car, we had to rely on others for transportation.
