The hotel is right on the ocean, offering a stunning beachfront view from our spacious and clean room. The staff were amazing, providing friendly and competent service throughout our stay. The homemade breakfast was delicious, with a hearty and diverse menu. The hotel's location in the Riviera Maya was perfect, nestled away from the busy tourist areas but still easily accessible to tourist attractions by taxi.

We had an incredibly comfortable stay at Senses Riviera Maya By Artisan. The bed was amazing and the room was surprisingly huge and beautiful. The location was perfect for us as we were able to easily drive to Tulum and Cancun. The beach the hotel is situated on is the nicest we visited in the Riviera Maya. The atmosphere was lovely and chill, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It's a great place for couples to unwind and relax.

It was amazing to wake up every morning and see the ocean right outside my window. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to the beach and the infinity pool. I enjoyed spending my days lounging by the pool and soaking up the sun. the staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service.

The food choices at the hotel were limited and not very impressive. I expected more variety and better quality considering the price of the stay.
