Although the overall stay was positive, there was a water issue during a winter storm that forced us to move to another hotel. However, the hotel staff handled the situation well and it was not their fault.

Bed was comfy, and room seemed clean. Air conditioning worked well which was a plus during the hot weather. Location was okay with lots of mirrors around the room. Convenient for getting ready in the morning.

The room smelled like smoke; it was supposed to be a smoke-free space, but clearly wasn't.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was excellent. The room rates were reasonable and definitely worth it. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was easy to get on the parkway and find nearby restaurants and stores. We were able to explore the Louisville area with ease.
