Check-in was frustrating with no staff around!!! The cleaning could use a thorough revisit—finding prescription pills in the room is alarming!!! Towels were often missing, and the elevator had an unpleasant odor. Elevate the cleanliness standards!!!

During my stay, I was visiting the local arts center and appreciated the proximity to attractions. The most enjoyable part was the spacious room, which provided a comfortable space to relax. However, I did encounter issues with cleanliness, like noticeable dust in the corners and some stains on the bathroom fixtures. Despite these concerns, the overall value was decent for the price, especially considering my last-minute travel plans.

This was just a good pick for a quick weekend visit in Rocky Mount with good value considering the price it charged. The front desk staff were quite nice, which was the only bright spot during my stay. Bring your own cleaning supplies, just in case you need to tidy up a bit.

The staff was friendly and quick to help. especially Theresa, the head housekeeper. who provided an extension cord for our devices.
