As foreign tourists, we absolutely loved the clean and quiet rooms at Greenstay Inn! The abundance of clean towels and daily linens changed upon request was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast choices exceeded our expectations and were absolutely delicious. The location was perfect for us as it was right off the highway and provided easy access to attractions like the wild animal safari in Stafford. We were also thrilled with the excellent value for the price. We will gladly stay here again on our future trips to Springfield!

Check-in was smooth and the staff was welcoming, especially towards my 45 lb service dog. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was always accommodating to any requests I had. I highly recommend this hotel for its reasonable cost, excellent amenities, and convenient location. The basketball court on the premises was a great added bonus that my husband and teen daughter enjoyed.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be conveniently located near everything I needed. It was just a short distance from the mall and conveniently situated on Battlefield, making it easy for me to access the major highway. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with everything neat and tidy. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and polite, providing excellent customer service. I particularly appreciated Brittany's assistance in recommending sushi restaurants and even going the extra mile to print out recommendations for me.

The location of the hotel is great, right off the interstate, with restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The beds were super comfortable, with plenty of pillows, and the room and bathroom were a good size. The heating/AC system worked well, and we enjoyed a nice hot shower. The TV was nice, and there were decent breakfast options available.
