The rooms were spacious and very clean, with enough linens provided. The beds were a bit hard, but I prefer a firmer mattress. Water pressure was excellent, and the room temperature control was efficient. my friend's room had cleanliness issues, including a bug on the ceiling and dirt on the floor. The pool was well-maintained despite its small size. Staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring we had fresh towels. Parking was a bit tricky; accessing the lower garage was not clearly marked. a decent stay, though some attention to detail is needed in room upkeep.

Location is convenient for fishing trips. The bathroom needed better cleaning; the tile had mold around the tub.

We found cockroaches in the bathroom, and the hide-a-bed was a total mess—stained and wouldn’t fold out properly. Definitely not a family-friendly place!

Perfectly Positioned Near Attractions and Scenic Spots

I loved the convenience of being just a few minutes walk from amazing spots like the Apple Barn and Cider Mill and the Island in Pigeon Forge, which made my weekend strolls absolutely delightful with plenty to discover and enjoy; the hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a nice pool, but the breakfast options could definitely use some improvement.

Had a great stay during Christmas! The room was spotlessly clean, including floors, tub, and bedsheets—truly impressive. Loved the balcony overlooking the river and enjoyed the jacuzzi in the honey moon suite. The breakfast was standard but convenient being on-site. The hotel's good location and ample parking in the back were major pluses.

Encountered ants in the room, and the hideabed was dirty and dysfunctional. The staff's response to requests for additional sheets and housekeeping was disappointing.

The view of the river is seriously calming, like nature's own TV channel. The staff keeps the rooms clean every day and my morning coffee fix was just a short walk downstairs.

But breakfast felt like a bad school cafeteria.

We had a lovely stay in a king suite with a jacuzzi tub on the 5th floor, enjoying a beautiful view of the river. The atmosphere with snow outside, a fire inside, and a relaxing bath was romantic. Some minor drawbacks were the unpersonable desk clerk, small toiletry portions, and lack of soundproofing in the hallways. However, the staff exceeded expectations, providing exceptional service with a room upgrade and early check-in for our off-roading adventure. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and in an ideal location. Everyone we encountered was friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean, and we felt safe throughout our stay. Despite some minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive and enjoyable.

The Pigeon River Inn offers spacious rooms with large picture windows that provide stunning sunset views. The balcony is a lovely touch for watching the ducks.
