This hotel is a hidden gem! It is conveniently located in a shopping center, which makes it easy to grab any essentials you may have forgotten. The rooms are basic, but include all necessary amenities like a Jacuzzi bath and breakfast included. The staff is super friendly and attentive to detail, making our stay even better.

The front desk woman was incredibly nice and helpful. The room had a seal across the door to show it was cleaned, which was also a nice touch. The staff, including Ms. Diane, Mr Kevin, and Ms. Johnnie Mae, made us feel like valued guests, and the whirlpool tub added a relaxing touch to our stay. During our stay in the Columbus area, we had a pleasant experience at a hotel located on Veterans Parkway in a shopping center. The location was ideal and close to good restaurants. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and thick comforters. The breakfast provided was free and delicious. The staff was welcoming, and the facilities available were impressive, especially the pool.

The hotel was let down by an unresolved A/C issue - one guest complained that their issue was never resolved, impacting their stay.
