We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but there were lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were fantastic, going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Our room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. We were especially impressed with the room service and the mini-bar, which were both top-notch.

Our stay was OK, although there were some minor issues. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood near the airport, which was convenient. The room and bathroom were clean and offered some nice facilities. There was an airport shuttle, which was helpful. Also, there was a restaurant nearby, where we enjoyed having breakfast.

The staff service could have been better, as they seemed indifferent to some guests' needs.

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn for a wedding and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, granting us early check-in and providing bedding for the fold-out couch. The property was clean and well-furnished, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the convenience of having beer for sale in the lobby. The breakfast service was generous and the hotel was conveniently located near the airport and the Convention Center.

We stayed at Comfort Inn for our trip to the Riverwalk district and Virginia City. The location was convenient, close to both attractions yet situated in a quiet neighborhood near the airport. The hot breakfast provided was small but sufficient. We were truly impressed with the excellent service and comfortable beds.

Some issues included crumbs on furniture, unclean coffee pot, and sticky tray. There was also a lack of attention to detail, with no toilet paper holder in the bathroom.

Great location near the airport and clean, well-maintained rooms. The 3rd-floor rooms provide a peaceful stay away from traffic noise. Plus, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were mostly pleasant and helpful during my stay.

There were some sketchy characters hanging around the parking lot in front, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. Additionally, the plumbing seemed to pass directly above our heads, causing loud noises when the upstairs guests used their tubs, which woke us up at night.

This hotel was an amazing value for money. The basic amenities were all included, such as an in-room refrigerator and coffee maker. The large open shower was great and I really enjoyed the beautiful view of the sunrise over the mountains. The breakfast had so many options to choose from and was included in the price.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with freshly replaced hallway carpets that looked great. The hotel facilities were comfortable, with a cozy sofa and easy chair in our room. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes away from the airport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a cozy king-size bed and modern amenities. We were delighted to have a hot breakfast included, with delicious scrambled eggs and waffles. Location was convenient, close to the airport but no flight noise, and near downtown Reno casinos and Virginia City. Also, having Costco next door and other stores within easy driving distance was a plus.

While the rooms were cozy, the AC unit was not adjustable and the room was freezing upon arrival, making it uncomfortable for some. Although the location was convenient, there was some noise from nearby traffic and Costco.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent shuttle service to and from the airport. The driver arrived promptly at 4:45AM for our early morning flight, and on our return, we only had a 10-minute wait. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. We also appreciated having a refrigerator to keep our food cold for our flights. Although there was an additional charge for parking, the overall experience at the Comfort Inn was positive, and we would consider staying here again.
