I walked around for an hour and my feet were black from the dirty floor. There was even hair in the supposedly fresh bed. It felt like nobody even bothered to clean properly.

The ocean view from my room is breathtaking. The pools are well-kept and the kitchenette made my snacks easy to whip up.

Parking is a hassle—dimly lit streets, limited spots. Noise was an issue; troublesome until early morning. The efficiency kitchen was useful, but the bathroom felt cramped with four women. Attention to detail in room decor was lacking, and amenities could be improved. Clearly, this place has potential but requires better management and transparency.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, which was a plus. the door was frustratingly hard to manage, and the clogged shower drain was annoying. Security presence felt reassuring but also raised questions. There were significant issues with noise from other guests and unexpected difficulties with room access. The location was convenient, but given the challenges and extra costs, the experience didn't match our expectations.

The Tiki bar by the pool was a perfect spot to unwind. Despite some room concerns, the overall experience was enjoyable and memorable.

Room 608 offers an unparalleled ocean view, perfect for lazy mornings watching the waves from the comfort of the king-sized bed. The kitchenette was well-equipped and useful for making snacks. The space was clean and quiet, but the bathroom door didn’t lock, which was a bit inconvenient. Temperature control was satisfactory, though the refrigerator could have cooled better. Enjoying the beautiful balcony while listening to the ocean was a highlight. the pool area needed better supervision, as non-guests were using it.

The hotel cleanliness and bed sizes were disappointing, but the staff was friendly. There was some construction noise, and the rooms were outdated, though this wasn't a big issue. The location was great with lots to do nearby. Overall, a decent stay marred by minor inconveniences.

Location is excellent—everything is within walking distance. The pools and lazy river were a big hit with the kids.

It was a bit pricey, but worth it in the end.

Amazing spot steps away from fun and the beach

We had such a great time walking to all the attractions like I Love Sugar just a few steps away and Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade only 500 meters down the road, where we enjoyed the beautiful beach and even spotted dolphins from our balcony which was just awesome, plus it was really convenient to have a nice on-site tiki bar to unwind after our strolls; however, the room could definitely use a bit of updating as it felt a little dated.

When we arrived at the Holiday Pavilion, it was a bit disappointing to find out that our room wasn't ready, especially after a long 11-hour drive. we made the best of it by heading to the beach until our room became available, which was a nice way to pass the time. The bathroom sink stopper was a bit of a nuisance as it held water longer than expected, but overall, the room was decent. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the beach with easy access to everything the area had to offer. Being able to step out onto the balcony and enjoy the beach view was a definite highlight. the convenience of having various dining options, activities, and shops within walking distance made our stay enjoyable without needing to drive around. The staff, particularly the housekeeper on the second floor, room 233, was friendly and accommodating. She promptly provided us with extra towels and soap with a smile, making our stay more comfortable. The hotel bar had good prices, and the drinks were delicious. We also appreciated the hotel's security system and the ease of using the elevators with room keys. there were some drawbacks during our stay. The bathroom was awkwardly small, making it uncomfortable for two people to use at the same time. The towels provided were rough and tiny, and the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. The bed was quite hard, and the queen size felt smaller than expected, more like a full-sized bed. We also experienced noise disturbances from children running around in the building and the lazy river being overcrowded. the balcony door in our room didn't lock properly, leading to some inconvenience before it was fixed by maintenance.
